Feb. 23rd, 2008 10:40 pmi took a page out of the book of
batty_ and started an exercise DVD at home since I could always find 987435876342098 reasons to not go to the gym. it's an AM/PM yoga dvd i've had for years and forgot about, and i'm so glad i remembered it. i find myself much better adjusted having meditated before and after the 10 minute yoga, and i am also already seeing my cut from my 6-pack start to show back up.
see, for my health psychology class we had to change a bad health habit and document the whole thing. mine was to be more active because since the surgery i've not done much (cuz i couldn't) and put on 30 lbs. i lost 20 just eating better, so hopefully this new regimen will bring me back down to an even 120.
my mind is just so much clearer, and i love it.
