so... i just got approved for a $500 credit line through carecredit for miette's surgery. joybeans had suggested it in a previous post about being really depressed about not being able to afford to have miette's troublesome tumors removed. i thought for sure my bankruptcy would have disqualified me at the very least. if not that, then my never-ending slew of medical bills that i've been slow to pay on.

but no, i got instant approval. miette will now have her life prolonged because of the help of a fellow animal lover. thank you joy, so very, VERY much, for shining such a happy light onto my life :D.

This is amazing! I'm sooo happy for you! CareCredit is what saved my Smokey. It wasn't my card though, my friend April had it and let me use it and I paid her back. Seriously, if it wasn't for CareCredit, I would have had to put Smokey to sleep. I'm SO GLAD you got approved! *hugs*

I used CareCredit when I had all that dental work done a few years back.. it seriously saved my butt. Just watch their APR and pay it down quickly.. it balloons after the promo period depending on the amount.

yeah, i read that before applying (i've been stuck on the slippery slope that is credit cards before). joey agreed to help me pay it off quick like i try to do with my other cards, it'll be something really helpful to have just in case tho.
